Alfa Insurance has selected Guidewire Software’s InsuranceSuite to improve its underwriting, policy administration, claims management, billing, and client data management.
As part of an organization-wide transformation initiative, Alfa Insurance will consolidate its existing systems in order to simplify its infrastructure to reduce system maintenance costs and streamline business processes.
Alfa Insurance chief information officer Jeff Frazee said that the company chose to partner with Guidewire on this project for several reasons.
"Because of the wide array of products Alfa now offers across Property, Vehicle, Farm, and Commercial lines, we needed a suite of integrated systems that could potentially handle all of these lines as well as provide us with a customer-centric method to service our customers," Frazee added.
The Guidewire InsuranceSuite will help Alfa Insurance increase its speed to market with integrated, modern systems; provide a better service experience to their agent network; improve operational efficiency; and maintain billing management and claims handling processes on a common platform.
In addition, the technology helps improve flexibility to comply with national and state regulations.
