ACE USA Creates New Role To Improve National Account Claims Service

Appointed Brian Brown as senior vice president, claims client executive

ACE USA, the retail operating division of the ACE Group, has appointed Brian Brown to the newly-created role of senior vice president, claims client executive.

Mr. Brown, who will be based in Delaware, will continue to report to Paul Ramsey, executive vice president of ACE USA claims and will serve as a point of contact in communicating and delivering the company’s claim service offerings.

Reportedly, Mr. Brown will serve as an advocate in managing business relationships across the full spectrum of ACE USA product lines, including primary & excess casualty, foreign casualty, property, and specialty lines. By acting as a claims liaison between underwriting and claims, he will help drive strategies and resolutions to significant claims requiring technical and legal expertise.

John Lupica, president & CEO of ACE USA, said: “Mr. Brown will drive the delivery of a strong customer-focused claim approach to customers and distribution partners on an ongoing basis. Mr. Brown’s proven leadership in managing claims in the large accounts arena will play an important role in the execution of a first-class claim service model.”
