ACE Group has rolled out an enhancement to the ESIS Global RiskAdvantage (GRA) Risk Management Information System (RMIS) designed to integrate meaningful analysis of loss data with the power of Web technology.
The enhancement enables the tool to capture and organize information more efficiently and deliver users with instant access to multiple views of their company’s claim history through its expanded and fully customizable dashboard.
The company claims that users will be able to establish up to four dashboards that include a workers’ compensation claim dashboard, a quick access to claims dashboard, a financial dashboard, and an expense-monitoring dashboard.
ESIS division president David Patterson said, "Risk managers make critical decisions every day.
"ESIS is committed to providing our customers with technology tools that help fuel good decision making. Our continued investment in GRA is a tangible demonstration of that commitment."
The secure and highly adaptable GRA system with recent enhancements offers users the ability to identify trends without the need to generate additional reports.
This enhancement enables users to change parameters of their analysis as they work, thereby helping them to save time and further exploit the power of technology.
ESIS GRA can complete calculation of frequency and severity of losses and rank them, run reports for international accounts, analyze workers compensation claims to provide repeater and disability duration as well as evaluate financial data by top vendor and expense categories.
The system monitors critical claim timelines, constructs loss development triangles to show changes in claims cost, analyzes workers compensation medical payments and cost savings as well as produces 70 different reports from 12 unique report categories, among others.
