Our transformer bushings are designed to be connected to oil-insulated power transformers and operate with the environmental media outdoor (transformer outdoor bushing), cable junction box-oil (transformer oil bushing) and SF6 switchgear (transformer gas bushing).
The product spectrum includes transformer bushings with condenser grading and active parts made of resin impregnated paper (RIP), oil impregnated paper (OIP), resin impregnated fiberglass (RIG) or resin impregnated synthetic (RIS).
Transformer outdoor bushings
This product group includes specific solutions tailored to the outdoor and transformer oil environments. The bushings vary according to application with external insulation materials including porcelains and composite silicone insulator.
These bushings are available for rated voltages of 24 kV to 1200 kV in the most common currents ratings up to 6000 A and even 31500 A for our high current bushings.
Transformer oil bushings
Transformer oil bushings are a solution that was specifically developed for use in the oil environment. The products are designed to be used under transformer oil and cable connection box oil. The solid active part of the oil-free transformer bushing is made of resin impregnated paper (RIP).
The bushings have a graded active part and are particularly suitable for installation in cable connection boxes. The test tap is provided by means of a connection line.
These bushings are available for rated voltages of 36 kV to 800 kV in the most common currents ratings up to 4000 A.
Transformer gas bushings
Transformer gas bushings offer a special solution for SF6 and transformer oil environments. They have a graded active part made of resin impregnated paper (RIP) or oil impregnated paper (OIP) and a condenser control. The double flange is designed to be connected to GIS lines; the sealing systems are SF6 gas tight.
These bushings are available for rated voltages of 52 kV to 800 kV in the most common currents ratings up to 4000 A.
