Wauna Federal Credit Union has chosen CUnify, an account processing platform from Open Solutions now part of Fiserv, to boost its operational efficiency, enhance lending capabilities and use its open data model to better serve 17,000 members.
The platform will offer comprehensive account processing services including solutions for teller operations, business intelligence, lending, accounting, reporting, document management and Internet banking.
CUnify’s open, member-centric architecture and efficient workflows provides users a robust menu of features that improve back-office operations and organizational efficiency.
Wauna Federal Credit Union president and CEO Robert Blumberg said that the company selected CUnify as it will provide access to all the member data right at its fingertips.
The platform’s real-time deposit, lending and integrated internet banking functions will enable consistency across its channels to better serve members, he added.
The company will also upgrade its document management and online banking capabilities with on-demand deployments of DNA document and CUnify-Web through Open Solutions’ Global Operations Center.
