US Bank Wealth Management has appointed David Mook as the new chief private banking officer to manage services, including product management, credit underwriting and related portfolio management as well as drive growth.
Mook will report to Mark Jordahl, president of US Bank Wealth Management, and is a member of the wealth management executive committee.
Having over 29 years of financial industry expertise, he will concentrate on the banking requirements of US Bank Wealth Management’s high-net-worth and ultra-high-net worth clients and family-owned and/or controlled businesses.
Further, he will also manage the sales management for private banking products and services, including deposit, mortgage, and other credit products.
Prior to accepting the current role, he worked with JP Morgan. Most recently, he served as regional capital advisory practice lead of private banking for the Midwest, West and California.
Mook, who acted as the Private Bank’s Capital Advisor for Private Wealth Management, has also been a senior underwriter for Middle Market Banking and a regional manager for institutional investment services.
US Bank Wealth Management delivers wealth management services, such as investment management, private banking, personal trust and estate administration, financial planning, multi-generational wealth planning, among others.
