Union State Bank of Fargo has chosen Andera’s oFlows multi-channel account opening and lending platform, claimed to be the fully paperless platform, to address the needs of mobile users.
The new technology will enable the lender to retain its existing customers, while attracting potential customers, businesses and individuals that it has not served yet.
The bank will now be in a position to produce and deliver its products and services through the mobile channel, leveraging Andera’s fully automated mobile banking platform.
Union State operations director Lane Huseby said, "The oFlows platform gives Union State Bank another powerful weapon in its arsenal: the ability to serve depositors and borrowers wherever they may be."
Established in 1973 at the West Acres Shopping Center in Fargo, North Dakota, Union State Bank delivers banking services to individuals and businesses.
Headquartered in Providence, and managing offices in San Francisco and New York, Andera provides a multichannel platform to more than 550 bank and credit union customers.
