US-based Umpqua Private Bank has unveiled its plan to expand its operations into Seattle and San Francisco, in order to fulfill the demand of banking services in the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area.
First introduced in 2009 in Portland, Oregon, the lender combines the company’s experience with Umpqua Investments’ retail brokerage affiliate to build high-touch, customized services for clients with more than $3m in net worth and $1m in investable assets.

Umpqua Private Bank provides wealth management services such as lending and real estate expertise, retirement planning, trust administration and traditional investment guidance.
It serves high net worth individuals and nonprofits by providing customized financial products and wealth management services.
