UAE’s RAKBANK implements Infosys Finacle core banking service

UAE's retail and business lender The National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah (RAKBANK) has deployed Infosys Finacle core banking technology to help drive customer growth and improve fee income.

The new automated Enterprise Customer Information File service, to be deployed across all 36 branches of the bank, will enable it to better anticipate requirements of customers and improve their experience and launch innovative products faster.

RAKBANK has already implemented the service and moved over 700,000 customer accounts since June 2012, in addition to integration of more than 35 other systems, replacement of redundant ones and introduction of additional efficient processes for higher productivity.

Supporting over 325,000 accounts, the e-banking solution facilitates an average of 250,000 transactions on a day-to-day basis across the bank’s various branches.

Owned by the Government of Ras Al-Khaimah, the bank provides retail and corporate banking services through a network of branches in the UAE.
