Tullett Prebon Integrates OTC Content To MarketView

Delivers real time streaming exchange feeds for equities, commodities, forex and money markets along with OTC contributed quotes

Tullett Prebon Information, a supplier of over-the-counter financial data, has signed a multi year agreement with TickerPlant Limited, a provider of time-sensitive information for the financial community – reported RFP Connect.

Reportedly, Tullett Prebon Information is expected to supply TickerPlant with a range of money market, interest rate and bond data, including spot and forward FX. It will also provide data on non-deliverable forwards, FX Options, interest rate swaps and Government-issued bonds for Indian and global markets.

It has been reported that this independent data will be made available to TickerPlant’s client base via it’s financial terminal service, MarketView, as well as its mobile service MarketView Mobile. MarketView is used by professional investors in banks, securities firms and other financial institutions, corporates, as well as by retail investors.

Andrew Reeve, regional manager, Asia Pacific at Tullett Prebon Information, said: Providing data to the Indian market and further increasing our footprint in the Asia-Pacific region is a major focus for Tullett Prebon’s information business and we hope to continue building on our successes in this area.

Hariharan, CEO of TickerPlant, said: “The integration of Tullett Prebon’s OTC data in TickerPlant’s MarketViewTM product is a significant milestone. TickerPlant’s digital broadcasting infrastructure, strategy of micro-segmentation of the market, and presentation of data streams in the most innovative user friendly formats has created a new generation of direct digital distribution platform. This will facilitate new content integration in the most proven product and address the latent demand as well as reach out to a larger segment of the markets.
