Temecula Valley appoints president of SBA division

Temecula Valley Bancorp, the parent of Temecula Valley Bank, has announced that David Bartram has joined the Bank as president of SBA Division.

With more than twenty-seven years of banking experience, Mr Bartram will oversee the bank’s entire SBA lending division and its loan production offices.

Prior to joining Temecula Valley Bank, Mr Bartram managed the Small Business Administration (SBA) division of US Bank and its 24 SBA business centers in 24 states. He is a graduate of San Diego State University where he majored in finance and minored in economics.

Stephen Wacknitz, chairman of the board, president and CEO, said: David is an outstanding addition to our executive management team. His expertise in SBA and other loan programs provides new opportunities for the Bank to continue our tradition of customized solutions for our business and professional clients.
