US-based Talmer Bank and Trust has named a certified trust & financial advisor (CTFA) Mark Jannott, as its new managing director and wealth advisor, effective immediately.
With more than 25 years of experience in financial services and wealth management, Jannott will oversee investment portfolios and offer investment advice to high net worth and private banking clients.
Prior to joining the lender, he was working as senior vice president and managing director of Investment & Estate Planning Group for Greenleaf Trust, a Michigan chartered bank.
Specializing in wealth management, estate administration and employee benefit plans, Jannott also worked in senior management positions for several financial organizations, including Northern Trust and ABN AMRO.
Talmer Bank and Trust chairman, president, and CEO David Provost said Jannott will provide clients with better access to banking resources and help deepen our client relationships.
The bank is owned by Talmer Bancorp, which is headquartered in Troy, Michigan, and manages 86 banking and lending offices in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois and Wisconsin.
