The newly introduced suite of services includes password-free voice authentication application, which facilitates balance inquiries, transfers, transaction histories and directs callers to the nearest ATM location.
It also has a mobile transaction assistant capability that enables smart phones to deliver pre-emptive fraud alert, voice-driven bill pay and voice-driven information on merchants and transactions.
B@ANkers also offers immediate customer identification over web and voice interfaces, offering tailored information and practical insight.
It is also fitted with embedded predictive and profiling analytics technology in order to proactively identify customer behavior and related needs.
With a strategy to improve customer loyalty and enhance customer lifetime value (CLV), the banking suite also has a online customer experience capture application that enables continuous service improvements.
