Southwest Securities has promoted Mark Sachse to executive vice president and director of the firm's private client group.
Mr Sachse, who previously served as district manager of the firm’s Dallas-area brokerage offices, assumes overall responsibility for the Private Client Group from Jim Ross, who was promoted to president and CEO of Southwest Securities last fall.
Mr Sachse began his securities industry career in 1998 as a financial advisor with Rauscher Pierce Refsnes. He joined Southwest Securities’ downtown Dallas office in 2002. Two years later, he moved to the firm’s Park Cities office as branch manager. He was promoted to district manager in 2005 and supervised the firm’s Dallas area expansion to Granite Park in Plano in early 2006 and to Southlake this summer.
Mr Ross said: This promotion is well-deserved. Mark has done an exceptional job as district manager and is ready to lead our Private Client Group as we add new financial advisors and expand our offices.
