SEI has introduced a new service to assist Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered investment advisers with $150m in private fund assets under management in meeting Form PF obligations.
The new service will allow the advisers to report information to the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) to enable the FSOC to monitor risk to the US financial system.
SEI’s solution ranging from data management and transmission to data aggregation and reporting will also help private fund managers to minimize time and costs involved in the huge disclosure requirements demanded by Form PF.
The data provided to the regulators will also be available to SEI’s clients through its proprietary Manager Dashboard reporting tool for additional analysis and retention.
Form PF has also been adopted by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
