RBS appoints deputy head of global banking & markets in Turkey

The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has appointed Ozgur Altuntas as head of sales and financial institutions in Turkey and deputy head of global banking & markets in Turkey.

In his new role, Altuntas will report to Stephen Gargiulo and Brian Lazell, co-heads of CEEMEA Sales. He will be based in Istanbul.

Altuntas joins RBS from Morgan Stanley in London where he worked from 2005, ultimately combining similar roles based on his in-depth expertise in Structured Product solutions.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he spent two years at Credit Suisse in London delivering Structured Product Sales to Turkish clients.

RBS is a holding company of a global banking and financial services group. It operates in the UK, the US and internationally through its two principal subsidiaries.
