PNC Bank Canada Expands Secured Lending Team

PNC Bank Canada has expanded Canadian secured lending team with the appointments of Adam Flomen, Geoffery Hiscock and Stephen Sharp, based in Canada. The senior secured lending team in Canada will be managed by Stephen Smith, vice president and senior business development officer.

Mr Flomen has been appointed as vice president and will be responsible for business development and for sourcing middle-market commercial borrowers, based in Toronto. Mr Flomen has 12 years of experience in asset-based lending, most recently with Accord Financial Group.

Mr Hiscock has been appointed as vice president and will be responsible for business development and for sourcing middle-market commercial borrowers, based in Toronto. He brings to the position 13 years experience in asset-based lending, most recently with CIT Business Credit Canada.

Mr Sharp has been appointed as vice president, responsible for business development and for sourcing middle-market commercial borrowers in Quebec and eastern Canada, based in Montreal. He brings to PNC 30 years of experience in asset-based, corporate and structured finance, most recently with Wachovia.

The appointments are part of the continuing growth of PNC Bank Canada Branch, the name under which US-based PNC Bank, does business in Canada.
