Johnson Capital, a real estate investment banking firm, has opened its new office in Chicago.
The new location is the fifth office Johnson Capital has added within 2007 and the latest step in the company’s continued expansion throughout the US.
The Chicago office will be headed by the company’s vice president Brendan Hotchkiss. Mr Hotchkiss will specialize in debt and equity as well as structured finance with a focus on commercial properties.
Before joining Johnson Capital in March 2008, Mr Hotchkiss served as vice president of investment services at a Chicago-based private investment group where he worked on in-house investments as well as third party capital structuring.
Guy Johnson, president, said: The opening of the Chicago office demonstrates Johnson Capital’s commitment to expanding our advisory services and offering clients additional opportunities across the US.
