US-based Jack Henry Banking has unveiled its latest retail and commercial lending platform, OnBoard Loans.
Designed to modernize the lending process, the new technology also offers flexibility and functionality to originate new loans.
Cumberland Valley National Bank loan documentation manager Mary Sutton said the new flexible and scalable lending platform reduces its disclosure issues and provides the ability to adjust many signature lines.
Jack Henry & Associates retail delivery group general manager Doug Childress commented, "OnBoard’s intuitive design and easy navigation enable bankers to become proficient quickly and immediately improve operating efficiencies, branch productivity, and customer satisfaction with a next-generation lending platform."
The new system uses dynamic documents for all 51 jurisdictions, which can be update through internet downloads based on applicable regulatory requirements, loan type, and transaction-specific information.
It also combines various forms of vendors’ dynamic technologies and endorses numerous lending transactions including consumer secured and unsecured, consumer real estate, home equity lines, construction and commercial.
Jack Henry Banking delivers integrated computer systems for banks from community banks to mid-tier institutions and serves over 1,300 banks.
