Dom Maklerski, a Polish brokerage house and part of Bank Zachodni, has implemented Temenos' WealthManager, a front-office platform designed to achieve client centricity and give financial advisors a holistic approach to wealth management.
Banking software provider Temenos said the seven month implementation has provided Dom Maklerski an integrated, end to end wealth management solution.
The solution combines relationship management, advisory and portfolio management functionality to help increase client service, retain market leadership, grow revenues and migrate the business from an execution-only to a fee-based business.
Temenos said that the implementation process included configuring the solution to fully support the Polish language.
The project also included a comprehensive risk profiling with classification of clients based on their investment profile.
Dom Maklerski managing director of strategy & development Tomasz Kaczmarek said WealthManager has been fully integrated with their back-office and fund systems to give their advisors a 360º view of clients and their portfolios.
"This allows us to holistically manage our client’s financial needs and improve our overall service offering by enabling us to launch full advisory wealth management services to our high-net-worth and mass affluent customers," Kaczmarek added.
