US based bank holding company Dickinson Financial has unveiled mobile banking and bill payment capabilities using Fiserv’s Mobiliti, to support six distinct retail banking brands with a single underlying mobile platform.
The retail bank brands comprise Armed Forces Bank, Academy Bank, Sun Bank and Southern Commerce Bank.
With the induction of new mobile banking platform, customers of these banks can securely access their financial information through SMS (text messaging), mobile browser and downloadable Android, iPhone or Blackberry applications.
The new capability also offers various features such as balance check, branches and ATMs location, bills payment, funds transfer and cheque deposit using camera-equipped smartphones.
Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Fiserv delivers technology systems to banks, credit unions and thrifts, billers, mortgage lenders and leasing companies, brokerage and investment firms and other business clients.
DFC offers various products and services to more than 280,000 customers through an extensive network of retail branches situated on military installations, inside Walmart stores, and at traditional retail locations in 17 states.
