COCC and financial technology provider Online Resources have joined forces for integration of digital banking and other banking services available from community banks and credit unions.
The alliance will enable the firms to deliver various services that will enable COCC clients to gain the next level of productivity and revolutionary service advantages in the future.
COCC president and CEO Richard Leone said, "Today’s agreement with Online Resources Corporation enables us to execute our long-term vision of deeper, richer integration of digital banking services for our clients and the industry at large."
Using its advanced INSIGHT core processing platform as well as next level integration of Online Resources’ Architect product, COCC will be able to offer new and cost-effective banking services to its customers.
The new core processing platform will act as the lone source of record, eliminating the need for separate databases and daily routines to keep both systems in synch.
Absence of these processes will result in display of same balances and account details across all banking channels, which reduces the number of calls fielded by call centers.
Availability of all digital banking services will ensure customers and members will no longer be re-directed from their institutions’ web portals to separate digital banking sites.
Established in 1989, Online Resources offers web and phone-based financial services, electronic payments, and marketing services to drive consumer adoption.
