Citizens National Bank has selected Computer Services’ NuPoint core solution in a bid to better meet the technology expectations of its customers.
Citizens National Bank president and chief executive officer Sue Eno said: "With our previous in-house core processing approach, we consistently faced limitations in further expanding our brand from a technology standpoint, which prevented us from meeting the needs of our valuable customers.
"Based on continually changing technology capabilities and growing demand for innovation, we found CSI’s combination of banking expertise and service excellence to be the perfect fit for our institution as we strive to incorporate operational enhancements for our customers, as well as our organization as a whole."
The comprehensive, customizable core banking platform NuPoint is capable of supporting multiple fully integrated solutions.
The bank will be able to focus on creating additional efficiencies by dedicating more employees toward enhancing the customer experience, as a result of its implementation of NuPoint.
Citizens National Bank leveraged CSI’s infrastructure, resources and expert support and has eliminated the need for expensive hardware and software investments for in-house systems, improving its internal reporting capabilities.
Further, the bank plans to develop a virtual branch using CSI solutions, including CSI mobile banking solutions and NuFund platform, which allows customers to open accounts online through a simple web-based process.
CSI chief executive officer Steve Powless said: "At CSI, we consistently strive to provide financial institutions with a well-balanced partnership based on service and support, which allows them to best utilize our industry-leading technology and better align their internal resources.
"As we welcome Citizens National Bank as our newest NuPoint core bank processing partner, we remain dedicated to providing all of our customers with the highest level of service, technology innovation and expert guidance in order to support each of their unique business goals."
