Global bank Citigroup, through its local subsidiary, has established two new sales and service centers in Karachi, Pakistan's largest city.
Located strategically to suit Citibank customers at key commercial and residential hubs, the new state-of-the-art facilities offer 24 hour cash advances and cash withdrawal on all ATM cards on the MNET/1Link networks, the US bank says.
The facilities also serve as information centers for Citibank products and services and will include features such as a Citibank Online terminal giving visitors access to their Citibank account through the internet and a credit card payment drop box. The centers are also open for prospective customers of Citibank, who wish to obtain information on Citibank’s range of consumer products.
Robert Law, the Pakistan, Middle East and Africa division head for Citibank, said: The new sales and service centers reaffirm Citibank’s commitment to the local market and is in line with the bank’s expansion plans in Pakistan, including the opening of six new full bank branches this year.
With the additions Citibank now operates 13 sales and service centers in five cities across the country; namely Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad.
