Butterfield Bank (Bahamas) has appointed Timothy Colclough as vice president and head of trust and fiduciary services.
Colclough is returning to Butterfield, where he was previously head of business development for more than five years, after an absence of one year.
Colclough has held increasingly senior roles at several financial and fiduciary services companies during his career, including RBC Dominion Securities, The Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Company, SolStone Management Services, and The Winterbotham Trust Company.
Julien Martel, managing director of Butterfield in The Bahamas, said that Tim’s expertise will be advantageous as we work to further develop our trust business and forge long-term, solution-focused relationships with clients and their advisers.
Butterfield Bank (Bahamas), established in 2003, is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son, Bermuda.
