Chile based private pension system Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones (AFP) Habitat has chosen Princeton Financial Systems’ MIG21 compliance platform, to meet investment regulatory requirements in accordance with the country’s Pension Supervisor regulations.
Princeton Financial in association with Gesintel, a risk and compliance technology provider for Chilean and Latin America based firms, will deliver the compliance system, which is also the choice of seven other global custodians.
Designed to offer improved administration of regulatory, prospectus and internal investment guidelines and resolution workflows, the new system optimizes and automates pre-trade and post-trade investment compliance inspection.
It also delivers fully auditable controls of the investment process, through a flexible rules engine integrated with advanced data and resolution management tools.
As per terms of the agreement, Gesintel will carry out the execution and post live support to AFP Habitat as the local partner for Princeton.
As a State Street company, Princeton Financial offers investment accounting, investment compliance, data management, performance measurement, and reporting solutions to the investment industry worldwide.
Headquartered in New Jersey, the firm also trades in Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK, Malaysia, and Singapore.
