Jonathan Elwyn joined ACI from Accenture as VP global alliances and Ralph Dangelmaier has been promoted to the role of president, global markets and services
ACI Worldwide, an international provider of electronic payments software and solutions, has appointed two executives to its global services.
Jonathan Elwyn has joined ACI from Accenture as vice president global alliances, and Ralph Dangelmaier has been promoted to the role of president, global markets and services. Both Mr. Elwyn and Mr. Dangelmaier will be reporting to ACI’s chief operating officer, Ron Totaro.
Mr. Jonathan will work across the organization, with the global leadership team, to extend ACI’s framework, strategies, and programs for leveraging third parties to create more value for customers in critical payments systems. He is experienced in creating and managing alliances from his 13 years at Accenture, where he most recently managed the relationship with IBM.
Mr. Ralph brings more than 20 years experience to this role including the last three years at ACI and the prior ten years as CEO at P&H Solutions. In his new role, he will be focused on creating and leveraging practices for how we sell, implement and support our solutions for all of ACI’s 750-plus customers globally.
